Installation of New Credit Card Link
Streets Heaver have successfully implemented the first installation of the new Compucare Credit Card Link in partnership with Servebase Global Card Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
Compucare now facilitates direct payment by debit and credit card. Regular payments can be taken via the Cashier screen, which interfaces with the card reader.
A swipe can be taken of the patient’s card and stored for taking payments at a later date, for example for uninsured items.
Servebase Global Card Solutions comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Features include:-
- Dynamic Currency Conversion; offer patients the convenience of paying in their own currency
- Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode; protecting against credit card fraud, checks if cardholder is registered and requests password to validate identity
- Address Verification Systems (AVS); compares cardholder and address information to data held by issuing banks
- Security Code Verification (CVV2 or CV2); requires the customer to enter the security code for additional security
