Incident Management System

The core module is a web based Reporting Management System where (adverse) incidents can be reported quickly and easily.  The dashboard displays incidents as soon as they are reported.

Prospective Analysis

Analyse processes and anticipate faults enabling the prevention of problems before they occur.  Includes prospective analysis using Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (HFMEA) method to identify and predict unsafe situations and risks.

Retrospective Analysis

A complete set of tools, increase insight into your organisation and perform retrospective analysis on a (near) incident using PRISMA method and Root Cause Analyses method (RCA).

Quality Improvement Module

More than just a task manager, allows you to plan, monitor and manage improvements.  The management dashboard provides a complete overview of current projects. Indicators give insight into the solution.
