Simple to use and easy to learn
Creating a report is easy using the intuitive report wizard which guides you step-by-step through setting up reports using selectable columns, groupings and filters.
Each user can categorise reports by adding relevant keywords in the form of tags, making it easier to find the report at a later date.
Reports can be organised into libraries, such as month end reports which can then all be run at the click of a button.
Pivot table functionality
Once a report has been run, the interactive pivot table provides additional flexibility to manipulate and view your data in a variety of ways.
This is simply achieved by dragging and dropping columns and groupings to different positions to expand or summarise your data.
High level of security
Each user’s login is authenticated by Windows Server Active Directory, providing fully integrated security and making it easy to administer group policies and permissions. Security roles within the application specify which users can run, view, amend or delete reports whilst an audit log is maintained of all user activity.
Boardroom ready reports
Highly customisable, reports can be printed using the pre-defined templates or can be personalised to include logos, charts and graphs.
