Streets Heaver have partnered with Ubisys to provide Digital Pen technology to help clinicians reach efficiency targets, while reducing the time spent on paperwork and administration.  The technology can be implementated as a stand-alone system or integrated into Streets Heaver’s Clinical Manager and Compucare solutions.

Communication Specialists Serving the Healthcare and Dental Industries

TXTconnexions text messaging service is now available in both Compucare and Clinical Manager.  The service reminds patients of their appointments and will operate to either a mobile or landline number.  Delivery reports confirm delivery of each message, out of service numbers and even if the message hasn’t been read! Text messaging has been proven to be significantly more effective than phone or email reminders to reduce DNAs.  TXTconnexions are happy to operate trials for Streets Heaver customers.

Credit Card Interface Supporting Direct Payment by Debit and Credit Card

Take regular payments via the Compucare cashier screen, which interfaces with the card reader, and also allows foreign patients to pay in their native currency with the hospital receiving the money in their base currency. Information is stored securely within Servebase ,who are PCI DSS accredited.

Reduce Errors With Patient Wristbands

Produce patient identification wristbands within Compucare.  Only Laserband offers laser and thermal wristbands that meet all National Patient Safety Agency / NHS guidelines.  The wristbands support bar-coding and are also available with embedded RFID chips.
