Streets Heaver’s Coronavirus Strategy Update

Good afternoon, 

Following yesterday’s Government recommendations that employees, where possible, should work from home, we have today successfully trialled remote working and have subsequently taken the decision to close the office to maintain our resilience against COVID-19. All employees from tomorrow will be working remotely from home. 

Support Services/Help Desk
Our Support Team will be running as usual and there will be minimal disruption to our services. The team will be supporting you remotely and can be contacted in the usual way. 

Scheduled Projects/Implementations 
The Projects Department will also be working on all Projects remotely following Government advice to minimise contacts and so we will be communicating with yourselves by to on-line video conference calls to minimise on-site visits. 

The scenario for this pandemic is swiftly changing and we will be publishing full details of any modification to our procedures on our website www.streets-heaver.com/news
