Why Compucare Clinician?

Clinicians and secretaries can access bookings, orders and reports anytime, anywhere. Schedules can be viewed by day, week or month, and filtered by clinic, making it easy to manage availability and appointments.
All changes made in Compucare are reflected in Compucare Clinician in real-time, and vice versa. With built-in notifications, clinicians are alerted the moment new orders or reports are available.
Quick access to schedules and patient data allows clinicians to make informed decisions faster, leading to better patient outcomes.
Access is tightly controlled through Microsoft Entra and Compucare Authentication Services. All patient data remains within Compucare, reducing the risk of unauthorised access.
Introducing an online assistant, with auto-refinement and acceptance in NIVA Hub, which will increase efficiency and usability when using Compucare.

Technical Overview

Hosted on Microsoft Azure, Compucare Clinician connects exclusively to Azure-hosted Compucare databases. This cloud-first approach ensures enhanced performance, reliability, automatic updates and reduced maintenance. All users are authenticated via Microsoft Entra ID, with access permissions managed through Compucare Authentication Services. APIs are securely managed using Azure API Management.

Clinician Pro

Clinician Pro is a mobile‑first clinician application designed for doctors to manage their own appointments, prescribing and clinical workflows from any device. It integrates with Safe Scripts for allergy‑checked prescribing and is currently the only module supporting Pharmacierge prescription fulfilment, with real‑time status updates reflected back in Compucare. Built around the My View module, Clinician Pro gives clinicians direct control of their day‑to‑day work without reliance on administrative teams.
