NIVA AI includes a dedicated Daily Digest agent that provides clinicians with a clear summary of their upcoming day. This information can be viewed within Compucare or delivered automatically via email at a scheduled time. Benefits include:

NIVA Smart Referral Intake automates the referral letter process in Compucare Clinician. When a referral letter is added during the Add Appointment flow, NIVA reads the document and automatically extracts and populates structured clinical and administrative data, reducing manual data entry and the risk of errors. Each capability is modular and can be enabled independently, allowing organisations to control the level of automation they adopt.
  • Text extraction: Reads and captures the full text of the referral letter
  • Patient lookup or creation: Identifies patient details, matches to existing records, or creates and flags new patients
  • Episode of Care extraction: Pulls key referral details and pre-populates the Add Appointment screen with confidence-scored results
  • Alerts and allergies: Detects and adds alerts or allergy information to the patient record
  • Diagnoses and coding: Identifies diagnoses and maps them to ICD‑9, ICD‑10, and SNOMED CT codes, avoiding duplication
