The integration between Doctify’s Direct Booking functionality and Compucare enables a seamless, patient-first appointment experience by connecting online discovery with real-time scheduling. Patients can select ‘book online’ directly from a provider’s Doctify profile, view live availability sourced from the Compucare calendar, and secure an appointment in just a few clicks, supporting a smooth and efficient booking journey.
By linking Doctify’s front-end patient experience with Compucare’s hospital management system, the integration reduces administrative workload, minimises booking friction, and ensures calendar availability remains accurate and synchronised across both platforms. This supports greater operational efficiency while improving access and convenience for patients.

Pharmacierge integrates with Compucare to enable electronic prescription sending once practices and prescribers are securely registered. Practices can be set up as Pharmacierge-enabled sites directly within Compucare, with required address details managed at site level. Clinicians with prescribing rights can then be registered as Pharmacierge prescribers using an integration code provided during Pharmacierge onboarding. Once both the practice and clinician are registered, prescriptions can be sent electronically for that site, with registrations managed and revoked as needed to maintain control and governance within existing clinical workflows.
