Registration is subject to approval by the event organisers. Streets Heaver Healthcare Computing and any event partners reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at their discretion to ensure the event remains relevant for the intended audience.
By registering, you agree that Streets Heaver and event partners may contact you regarding your registration, event updates, venue information, agenda changes and post-event materials related to this event.
The personal information you provide will be processed by Streets Heaver Healthcare Computing and event partners for the purposes of administering the event and facilitating your attendance. You have rights in relation to your personal data, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Streets Heaver Privacy Policy.
Where you consent, your name, job title, organisation, and professional email may be shared with event partners or speakers listed on the registration page, and other registered attendees for networking purposes. Professional contact details will not be shared without your explicit consent.
There may be an opportunity to share information discussed during the event for PR purposes, you will receive an email to opt in to this separately. You have the right to withdraw at any time following this and it will be explicitly mentioned at the start of the event.

Following registration, if you are not an existing client, MailChimp will allow you to choose whether to receive future communications relating to healthcare technology insights, events, product updates and industry content from Streets Heaver and event partners. You may have already subscribed if you are an existing client.
You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time. To unsubscribe, follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link visible at the bottom of any email communication recieved. If you are unsure, please contact marketing@streets-heaver.com and we will manually do this for you.
Photography and videography may take place during the event. Streets Heaver has a legitimate interest in using event imagery for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify a member of the event team on arrival and reasonable steps will be taken to accommodate your request.
Streets Heaver and event partners reserve the right to amend the event agenda, speakers, venue, timings or format where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees.
If you are unable to attend, please notify the event organisers as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to another attendee.
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all participants. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
