Streets Heaver crowned ‘Family Business of the Year’ 2022
Streets Heaver has been named winner of the ‘Family Business of the Year’ category at the Lincolnshire Business Excellence Awards 2022.
The Lincolnshire Business Excellence Awards were held at the Engine Shed in Lincoln on Thursday 26th May. The inaugural event saw 100s of attendees from top businesses across Greater Lincolnshire. With 11 awards in total on the night, Streets Heaver had tough local competition from four other finalists in our category. This award showcased companies that have achieved success whilst maintaining the core values of a family business.
We are extremely proud to have been crowned winners for the category as it reflects exactly what the Company stands for. Since 1986, Streets Heaver has shown great strength in employee retention and recently celebrated seven staff members’ Long Service milestone achievements. This success is a result of building a workforce that shares the same core values throughout the years.
A second-generation family-run business
In recent years, Streets Heaver has seen significant company growth with a 50% staff increase since 2020. Our hospital management software solution, Compucare, has also since been implemented in to even more hospitals and clinics across the UK.
Streets Heaver are dedicated to supporting staff wellbeing and personal development.
