Streets Heaver proactively take stance against Cyber Attacks

This month, we are proud to announce that Streets Heaver has achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification. The highest standard in protection against Cyber attacks.

Whilst already having achieved the standard Cyber Essentials accreditation, we are continually striving to ensure clients the very highest level of security in using our software.

Cyber hackers are becoming more intelligent and have adapted to many counter-hacking measures. Since 2017 the number of businesses experiencing phishing attacks has jumped from 72% to 86%. To ensure we remain protected at the highest level, we have worked meticulously towards achieving the Cyber Essentials Plus.

Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed and industry-supported scheme that helps businesses protect themselves against the growing threat of cyber attacks. It provides a clear statement of the basic controls organisations should have in place to protect themselves.

It is the UK Government’s answer to a safer internet space for organisations of all sizes, across all sectors. Developed and operated by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), Cyber Essentials is considered the best first step to a more secure network, protecting you from 80% of the most basic cyber security breaches.

Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials scheme. It is a more rigorous test of an organisation’s cyber security systems where cyber security experts carry out vulnerability tests to make sure that the organisation is protected against hacking and phishing attacks.

Our Cyber Essentials Plus certification ensures our organisation continues to take a proactive stance against malicious cyber attacks. This latest accreditiation demonstrates to our customers and others that we’ve taken essential precautions to protect Streets Heaver and our software.
